Responsibilities
- Own client email inboxes during the 9am–5pm EST window, Mon‑Fri. <15‑minute response SLA applies.
- Qualify & convert each positive reply into a Calendly meeting following client‑specific qualification criteria.
- Leverage ChatGPT prompts and internal Notion resources and SOPs to draft clear, technically accurate answers; escalate first to Director of Outbound if unsure.
- Maintain records in client‑preferred CRM (Airtable, Google Sheets, HubSpot, etc.) immediately after each interaction.
- Send concise EOD report summarizing activity and any obstacles.
- Monitor show‑rates daily, reschedule no shows
- Continuously improve workflows and prompt libraries to increase response quality, speed, and positive replies to meeting booked rates.
