Responsibilities

  1. Own client email inboxes during the 9am–5pm EST window, Mon‑Fri. <15‑minute response SLA applies.
  2. Qualify & convert each positive reply into a Calendly meeting following client‑specific qualification criteria.
  3. Leverage ChatGPT prompts and internal Notion resources and SOPs to draft clear, technically accurate answers; escalate first to Director of Outbound if unsure.
  4. Maintain records in client‑preferred CRM (Airtable, Google Sheets, HubSpot, etc.) immediately after each interaction.
  5. Send concise EOD report summarizing activity and any obstacles.
  6. Monitor show‑rates daily, reschedule no shows
  7. Continuously improve workflows and prompt libraries to increase response quality, speed, and positive replies to meeting booked rates.
